Install BestShot on Windows

Download the BestShot installer for Windows and run it.

BestShot for Windows comes as a standard installer for 64-bit (x64) Windows PCs.

What you need

PC64-bit (x64) Windows
DownloadBestShot_2.2.0_x64-setup.exe
Note

The current Windows version is 2.2.0. The Mac and Windows versions are released separately, so their version numbers can differ.

Install

  1. Download the Windows installer (BestShot_2.2.0_x64-setup.exe) from the BestShot download page.
  2. Open the downloaded file and follow the installer's steps.
  3. Start BestShot from the Start menu.

The first time BestShot opens, a short setup window helps you get ready. See First-run setup and permissions.

Shortcuts on Windows

BestShot's global shortcuts use Alt+Shift on Windows, for example Alt+Shift+1 to start a Record take. See Keyboard shortcuts for the full list.
